Could we see ultimate in the Summer Olympics in five years? It’s seriously possible. According to this article, the host city is allowed to add events to the Games. The World Flying Disc Federation applied to have ultimate included in the 2020 Olympics. Thanks to a strong National presence and powerful club teams – in the 2012 WUGC, the Japanese women’s team took gold- Ultimate may very well be selected.

TRAFFIC ULTIMATE ROSTER RELEASE

Most club teams have finalized their roster selection for the 2015 club season and released them in a standard list format. Traffic ultimate, a women’s team from Canada, decided to go above and beyond with their announcement. The result was an amusing video which doubled as a team bonding exercise. Karen Ko, who was highlighted in last week’s Women’s Wednesday, would approve.
