Claire Chastain, the 2013 Callahan winner, called Alika Johnston the best offensive handler in the Club Division. In Johnston’s Callahan video icons Octavia Payne and Sandy Jorgenson tout her skill and abilities. She was widely considered an extremely strong contender for the Callahan award, and during the halftime of a men’s semifinal game, she won the award.

SHOULDER MOBILITY FIX

When repping throws, keep your shoulder blades “packed” (dropped down your back). Also, keep the disc “right-side up” when you’re in a ready position (avoid rounding shoulders). #RenFitness
