REN CALDWELL ON BUILDING ATHLETICISM

Coach Ren Caldwell, the mastermind behind the upcoming RISE UP Season 8, took to the Whiteboard blog to talk about why strength and mobility training are so important. Not only is Ren a super active member of many ultimate communities, but she’s also an all-around rockstar. JENNY FEY DESTROYS THE MARK

Seattle Riot acknowledges that the defending USA Ultimate National Champions, Washington DC Scandal, have one of the best throwers in the game in Jenny Fey. In this short clip, she throws a creative high release backhand over the arms of her defender to a receiver streaking into the end zone.

GREEN MEANS GO WEIGHS IN ON SPIKING
The All-Star Tour started a fascinating conversation on spiking and spirit after their game against Philadelphia Green Means Go. Many criticized the All-Stars for not considering the sentiments of their opponents when spiking. Weeks after the initial conversation, GMG released an excellent blog post summarizing their sentiments regarding the spike-filled game, appropriate titled, “On the Other Side of the Spike.”
